"Good in the rain, but the caps are annoying"
I bought a couple of TIKI torches from tikibrand.com for our patio, they’ve done better than I expected with all the rain and wind we’ve had. The metal still looks good, the finish hasn’t started rusting, and they don’t feel flimsy, so I’ll give them credit for that.
That said, the caps drive me a little crazy after a heavy rain. Somehow water still manages to sneak around them, which is frustrating when that’s kind of the whole point of having caps. It’s not a total disaster or anything, I just wipe them down and they work fine, but yeah, it’s annoying enough that I can’t call them perfect

"Took more effort to light than I thought"
I picked these up thinking they’d be easy to get started, but they were kind of frustrating. I had to try a few times, and even with a lighter the flame just didn’t want to catch right away. Once it finally got going, it worked fine, so there’s that. But by then I was already a little annoyed. Maybe I just got a weird batch, I don’t know, but it definitely wasn’t as simple as I expected.

My order took way longer than I expected, and the tracking basically never updated. I kept having to check it myself, which got really annoying after a while. it felt like these things always turn into a hassle, and by the time it finally showed up, I was already over it. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Felt like just another number"
I was disappointed with how little there was to choose from. The selection felt tiny, and most of the stuff I actually wanted wasn’t available. On top of that, the whole experience made me feel like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer.

"Still got eaten alive"
I bought this for our patio hoping it would help with the mosquitoes, but we still got bit all night. It smelled fine and wasn’t unpleasant or anything, but the mosquitoes didn’t seem to care at all. I feel like every time I try something for bugs, the goalposts move — first it’s supposed to keep them away, then it only works in certain conditions, then you need more of it. For us, it just didn’t do the job

I bought a couple of torches from tikibrand.com for our backyard, and they looked really nice when I first set them up (they definitely added a good vibe outside). They worked fine for the first few weeks, but then one started showing some rust and the pole began feeling a little flimsy. They’re still usable, so it’s not a total loss, but I was hoping they’d hold up better. For the price, I expected them to be a bit more durable

I had an issue and tried to go through the warranty process, but support took forever to get back to me. When they finally replied, the answer wasn’t really that helpful either. feels like they could’ve handled it way better. Disappointing overall.

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket"
I had to follow up twice before I finally got a basic answer. The whole thing took longer than it should have, and it felt like I was just a ticket number sitting in a queue rather than an actual customer needing help.

My order showed up with stuff I definitely didn’t pick, so I had to go back and check my confirmation email just to make sure I wasn’t losing it. Nope, the order was right on my end. Super frustrating, especially when the response I got felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages instead of someone actually looking into it. Not happy with the whole experience.

"Picked up a TIKI fire pit..."
Picked up a TIKI fire pit for the backyard. Mostly for nights outside. It’s been solid. The heat is better than I thought it would be for the size, and once the flame gets steady, you can feel it from a few feet back.
Not perfect though. It does take a bit to really warm up. And if there’s wind, the heat can feel kind of uneven. Still, we use it often and I’m happy with it overall.

"The site feels unsafe and keeps breaking"
I don’t feel great using this site. It keeps crashing on me, and the whole thing feels a bit sketchy from a safety standpoint. I’ve had to explain the same issues more than once, which is getting really frustrating. I just want it to work without feeling like I have to keep pointing out the obvious.

My box showed up crushed and looked like it was barely taped shut. One of the items was just loose inside, which felt unnecessary and careless. Not happy with the packaging at all

"Smokier than I expected"
I figured this would be fine for the patio, but it gave off way more smoke than I assumed it would. The smell stuck to our clothes quickly, and the kids kept moving farther away from it. Maybe that's just how these tend to be, but it was a bit much for our setup

I was already in a tired mood when I started putting this together, and it definitely didn’t help. The parts didn’t line up very well, and the instructions were more confusing than they needed to be. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and even after all that, I still don’t feel totally confident that it’s sturdy

The flame on this was really weak from the start and kept going out no matter how many times I tried adjusting it. I spent way too much time messing with it like it was something I had to figure out, which was frustrating. It kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of it just working the way it should. Definitely expected better and I wouldn’t buy it again

"Trying to use the site was a headache"
I tried shopping on tikibrand.com it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The pages felt slow, and I had to click around forever just to find basic stuff that should’ve been easy to get to.
The menu was especially frustrating on my phone, and a few product pages didn’t load properly. I kept going back and forth thinking maybe my browser was acting up, but nope, it seemed like the site just wasn’t working that well.
Checkout wasn’t smooth either, so I eventually gave up. And if customer support’s answer is just some canned “sorry for the inconvenience” message, that doesn’t really help. The products might be fine, but the website seriously needs work.

"Easy enough to refill, but not as clean as they make it sound"
Refilling it is mostly easy, but the cap can get messy sometimes and that gets annoying. They make it sound like the whole process is super simple and clean, but it’s a bit of a vague promise because you still end up dealing with drips or residue now and then.
